about me
my background
I was born and bred in Melbourne, Australia and I moved to the UK in 2001 while working for a multi-national software company. I met my now husband and, after a stint in the US, we settled in the UK and started a family.
As my children got older, I decided to retrain as a psychotherapist, which brings together my passion for helping people find their spark and connect more deeply with themselves, and supporting people through difficult times.
my hobbies
I love the countryside and walks with my dog, no matter the weather. Walking every day is the cornerstone of my wellbeing and helps me to manage life's inevitable challenges.
When I am in Australia, there is nothing that beats a good swim and a walk along the beach.
I also love TV and film, and am always on the look out for a good podcast recommendation.
Maybe one day I will fall in love with gardening but I'm yet to be convinced...
